Arrive at Your Truth and Experience Unlimited True Wealth

Hall, from a successful real estate entrepreneur to a passionate advocate for holistic wealth and environmental stewardship. Adam shares his unique approach to redefining success, integrating spirituality, and fostering true fulfillment in both personal and professional realms.
What did your professional beginnings look like? How did you get into this line of work?
My beginnings happened many years ago when I was seeking the American Dream – creating wealth, making money, and indulging in other material excesses. That’s how I defined success and wealth. The pursuit began by getting into the real estate business in California, in Los Angeles, where I reside. I built a business called Renaissance Capital, a real estate, investment banking, brokerage, and development company. Real Estate taught me about the business world and how to create substantial wealth. This ultimately led me to tremendous success as a serial entrepreneur but ultimately pointed me towards Who I am being today and what I do today, which is helping others create true wealth.
It begs the question “What is wealth?” It’s not just material and financial wealth, but it’s also the wealth in your heart, in your soul, your happiness, and sense of peace. That’s true wealth. Of course, money and all of the other things we seek in our life are not mutually exclusive. They go together. My work today is focused on helping others, both individuals and companies, to create this new definition of wealth for themselves, find fulfillment, and reach their highest potential. The goal? To point them in a direction where they can live and serve the world during these times of great change.
What are the fundamentals of your coaching approach and how much is working with individuals different from working with/for companies?
I am more of a guide, a trusted ally who helps you steward your life in the most joyful, loving, and peaceful manner that a life coach. The fundamental nature of my work is unique. The hypothesis that I have come to after more than 20 years of scientific research, psychological research, and deep dives into our neurology has really led to the root cause of our suffering. The work goes to the core problem that we humans have; which is an idea that we are separate from nature, others, and the cosmos. In other words, the problem does not exist in our outer environment. The problem exists within ourselves, and in particular within our minds. This is great news. We do not control our outer world but we can take charge of our inner world. It’s an inside job. This problem begins with one simple thought; the little idea that we could be separate.
Way back when we faced that question, we decided we could be separate. Then along something we call the ego; our identity as separate individuals who are not connected to others muchness nature and the universe. The process I developed with spirit helps us to return to a choice point within our minds. We must return to the source of the problem to correct the problem. It’s called the Genius Process. This process takes you back to a place where you can decide not to be separate. Where you can decide to be one with others, nature, humanity, and the cosmos. To remember your authentic Self. It’s a simple, yet very powerful process that ultimately transforms and transcends the lives that we are living. It has brought me to a state of rapture beyond the chaos and conflict that was so pervasive.
This specifically works for individuals, but it also has a great benefit for companies. When I work with companies, we do it in teams. If it’s CEOs and C-Suite executives, then we work together to reimagine a holistic business structure. In other words, we want to determine how all the various parts of the company, big or small, work in serving the whole, not just their individual selves. For example, a marketing team that just focuses on marketing, might be disconnected from building a strong, healthy, vibrant culture. I work at different levels with companies to create a holistic structure and plan, a map if you will, that will ensure the company is built to last. Furthermore, the process enables leadership to reimagine and innovate the next steps of their company’s future and its role as stewards of humanity.
What is the Earthkeeper’s Way to finding lasting peace?
Earthkeepers are individuals who are in service to the whole of humanity. This term originates from indigenous sources. It’s shamanic in nature, meaning that it connects the spiritual world to the physical world. It connects Mother Earth, nature, and the divinity within ourselves. The Earthkeeper’s Way to lasting peace is one of finding Ayni- a balance between our outer and inner selves, a balance between our whole selves and nature and Earth, and with the cosmos. The way to find peace is to balance all three of those: outer and inner being, nature and earth and the cosmos, as one. That’s peace. I wish that on everybody.
As a successful author, what books have you written and what are they about?
I have published four books and I’m about to publish another one called the Evolutionary Miracle. Two of the four books are related to my own personal journey, what I call the Vision Quest Trilogy. Every human has come to Earth to take this quest. We didn’t come just to exist here; we came to embark on this quest toward our highest potential, toward our greater truth, back to wholeness and oneness.
The first book, ” The EarthKeeper: Undeveloping the Future,” was a bestseller. it’s available on my website for free. This book retraces my journey from being a 1.0 businessman, Earth Conqueror, to Adam 2.0 – Earthkeeper. It helps the reader create a path, a map of their choosing. It takes you on a journey through the trials and tribulations, the pain and suffering, the joy and rapture of finding our own truth, our authentic self.
The second book, Divine Genius, the Unlearning Curve shares 13 key Wisdom Teachings. It’s shamanic storytelling and takes the reader on a wild adventure. It’s the foundation of the work I do today. The 13 Sacred Wisdom Teachings. These teachings are fundamental and foundational in every respect. You can stand on quicksand, you can have earthquakes and chaos, but if you’re grounded in these 13 teachings, then your foundation will be unshakable. When we unlearn what no longer serves us, we can quantum leap into our true being. We don’t necessarily always need to learn things.
The last two books are called “The Little Books of Genius,” which I co-wrote with my wonderful fellow Course in Miracles teachers. These books are on Abundance and Miracles.
What can people expect from your courses?
The work that I am doing nowadays is grounded in the Genius Process that moves you beyond the idea of separation. When we retrain and retool our lives to leap beyond fate and into destiny everything becomes possible and nothing is impossible. If you are going to change your life, why not do so in a manner that ensures that the patterns of the past do not perpetually repeat themselves? Our courses take you from the separate self to that whole Self. We do this with a time-tested process. These courses not only move you to a place of being more in touch with your authentic self but also to an outcome that inspires ideas about what to do with the new genius version of your whole Self. We can do endless trainings, go to workshops and retreats, and read tons of books, but, at the end of the day, what you do with it is all that matters.
As the Shamans say, how do you grow corn with the knowledge that you have? If you’re not growing corn, it’s just information. There are many questions to explore on the path. We explore a few vitally important ones; How do we reimagine ourselves, our purpose, and our mission in the world? What is my truth — spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional Truth? The Process brings you to that place where you are in your truth not somebody else’s where you manifest unlimited true wealth.
