Happy Earth Day. As we celebrate the 52nd anniversary of our planet, I am reminded of the fragility of life. By any measure, we are living in extraordinary times. Our planet is undergoing a tectonic shift as the surface of the earth warms. From rising sea levels to a 65% loss in our biodiversity in the last 50 years, we are facing major impacts on how and where we live. Soon, those impacts will impact how we grow food and what we will eat. If you think that our climate will not impact you, I invite you to think again.
