Have you ever stepped back from your busy life to ask yourself, 'what stories am I or have I been telling myself and others?' If not, I highly recommend that you do. When I began to observe the stories I was telling, I realized that I was living in the past. I will spare you the details, but the upshot was; I was beholden to my parents, education, culture, and everything other than my truth. I had given my power away and subjugated my truth and authenticity to the environment in which I swam. Underpinning those stories was an internal narrative that said, 'you are not worthy; you will be abandoned if you love, you will be rejected if you share yourself openly.' From a shamanic viewpoint, that narrative was about living only to die. How can you live fully and effortlessly now to live an eternal, immortal Divine Life?
Adopt a Unitive Narrative (UN). What I discovered was a miracle. When you begin to shed the old stories, the new story begins to infiltrate your life. As this happens, a new narrative takes hold in the bedrock of your being. That narrative tells and shows your new story; one that embraces your genius, love, peace, joy, and abundance. Earlier this year I was blessed to be party to co-author the UN. I invite you to explore this emerging new narrative that now incubates from within us all.
